2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to access and use the Staylo Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify Staylo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Booking Services
How it Works: Staylo provides an online platform where users can search for, compare, and book accommodation from various Hotel Partners. When you make a Booking through Staylo, you are entering into a direct contract with the Hotel Partner. Staylo acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Hotel Partner.
Accuracy of Information: While Staylo strives to ensure the accuracy of information provided by Hotel Partners (e.g., prices, availability, descriptions, photos), we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions. Hotel Partners are responsible for updating their information.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change and may vary based on various factors (e.g., dates, availability, room type). The price confirmed at the time of Booking is final. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but the final charge may be processed in the Hotel Partner's local currency or a standard currency like INR or USD, subject to exchange rates and bank charges.
Payment: Payment terms (e.g., full prepayment, partial prepayment, pay at hotel) will be clearly indicated during the booking process. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
Confirmation: A Booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or notification from Staylo detailing your reservation.
Taxes: All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations, Modifications, and No-Shows
Hotel Partner Policies: Each Hotel Partner has its own cancellation and modification policies. These policies will be clearly stated during the booking process and on your confirmation email.
User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation and modification policy for each booking before confirming.
How to Cancel/Modify: Any cancellations or modifications must be made directly through the Staylo Services or by contacting Staylo customer support, strictly according to the Hotel Partner's policy.
Refunds: Refunds (if applicable per policy) will be processed in accordance with the Hotel Partner's policy and Staylo's procedures. Processing times for refunds may vary.
No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the booked date without prior cancellation, you will be considered a "no-show," and you may be charged the full amount of the booking or a penalty, as per the Hotel Partner's policy.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to, and will not assist or enable others to:
Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
Interfere with the operation of the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or accounts of other users.
Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Services without explicit written permission from Staylo.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Staylo Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Staylo or its content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Staylo does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Staylo does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or ability of any Hotel Partners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Staylo, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall Staylo's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services or making a booking.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Staylo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms; (b) your interaction with any Hotel Partner or other users; or (c) your booking or use of an accommodation.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
